We’re Care Generation. Welcome! Our mission is to activate young people to achieve economic dignity by addressing the caregiving crisis.

Care Generation (CareGen) is working to advance legislation that supports intergenerational caregiving solutions, paid family leave, and the rights of caregiving youth. Our efforts focus on improving mental health for our country’s caregivers and relieving their associated economic burdens.

With funding from the National Academy of Medicine, we are working to implement a National Care Corps, the newest national service model that would support family caregivers and create a workforce pipeline to address the needs of our aging society.
